By cultivating positivity a person can counteract a narrow mindset and negative emotional states that are produced by a downward spiral. Research has revealed that people who increasingly engage in practicing positivity tend to experience openness of their minds and hearts, psychological strength, social connections, flexibility, positive mental habits, creativity that supports flourishing, and prevents depression. When we are positive it heightens our scope of our thinking as well as possibilities. Positivity is contagious.

Group sessions are available in-person and webinar. Program duration can range from one session to multiple sessions over weeks. You get a guided curriculum based on your group problem areas. Clients may feel less pressure because the attention isn’t all on them. And, group sessions are less expensive than individual coaching. Group coaching offers a shared experience through community, you have other people to cheer you on. This is an affordable way to get guidance from a coach and implement tools and strategies that can help your group reach their goals. This method offers better value than individualized coaching when the group sets out to fix a specific problem for which they are already aware.

24, 60 Minute Sessions: This package includes four, one-on-one sessions a month, by phone, in person, or Skype with follow up emails and questions after sessions. If you are unable to attend your scheduled session you must provide a 24 hour cancellation notice.
