Description
Group sessions primarily focus on coaching, but may include experiential exercises and education. Group sessions are available in-person and webinar. Sessions are 60 minutes. Program duration can range from one session to multiple sessions over weeks. Group coaching has therapeutic benefits that can enhance an individual’s sessions, such as a sense of community, altruism, and support from other clients’ experiences, which can be empowering to the individual as they make positive changes to attain their health goals.
The group session minimum is seven.
