Program Offerings
Jacqueline offers private coaching sessions, group sessions, and six month coaching packages. The six month packages include four, one-on-one sessions per month, by phone, in person, or via Skype with follow up emails and questions after sessions. Ultimately it’s YOUR program. Everyone is different so Jacqueline tries to help people assess and then achieve their goals.
Private vs Group
Group sessions offer the opportunity to share with others and get feedback and insights from the group. In group coaching you typically have a small group of individuals working toward a common goal. They also have a set curriculum that solves a specific problem…Great for offices or businesses.
Individual coaching allows for a more personalized experience. The curriculum is customized to the client’s needs as time progresses, not beforehand and the client doesn’t have to worry about other people’s dilemmas.
